Phil is responsible for all programme delivery and liaison with our broadcast and corporate partners. He also likes to keep his hand in Studio directing from time to time.
Phil has previously worked at IMG, BBC Sport and Sunset + Vine.
Alison has managed productions as wide ranging as Boxing, Football, Tennis and of course Athletics. She has overseen FilmNova projects as diverse as the Host Broadcast operation for the European Team Championships and a cinema release documentary on ‘Football Manager’.
Alison’s former companies include Input Media and SBS Australia.
Matthew is the leading director of Athletics road racing in the UK, if not world. He also won the IOC Golden Rings Bronze Award for his Host coverage of the Rowing and Canoe/Kayak at London 2012.

Lucy is an award winning documentary and features producer who takes the creative lead on all FilmNova projects as well as programme editing our biggest productions.
Lucy is another former BBC Sport employee
Joe joined FilmNova as Editor in 2016 and works across all our output. He quickly became an integral part of the team, both in the office by Managing FilmNova’s Edit facilities and on site as one of our team of Editors. Joe previously worked for the BBC and Digital Media Services.
Alex joined FilmNova in 2017 as a Producer having previously worked for IMG, Sunset & Vine and Input Media. With an extensive background in sports production including live programme editing, directing on location and producing edits, Alex has experience for and alongside some of the world’s biggest sporting governing bodies and events, including Wimbledon, The Premier League, UEFA, PGA Tour and ITF/ATP.
Alice joined the team in 2018 as Production Coordinator and assists Alison in managing all of FilmNova’s productions. She brings to the team a huge passion for sport and key organisational skills. Alice previously worked for the BBC on sporting events including the IAAF World Championships and Rugby League World Cup.
